Our 14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day of receipt to request a return.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Return Conditions
We can only accept returns that meet the following criteria:

Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Original Hangtag: The hangtag must still be attached.

Non-Customized: Customized or altered items cannot be returned.

No Odors: Items must be free from perfume, smoke, or body odors.

Complete Package: Returns must include the original packaging, accessories, and any gifts received.

Within 14 Days: Returns must be initiated and completed within the return period.

Non-Final Sale: Items sold as final sale or marked non-returnable cannot be returned.

Hygiene Seals Intact: Underwear and swimwear must have the original hygiene seal intact.

Correct Item: Only items matching your original order are eligible.

Normal Wear: Items must not show signs of excessive wear.

Complete Documentation: A completed return form and proof of purchase must be included.

Proper Use: Damage from improper use, negligence, or lack of care will void return eligibility.

Bundle Purchases: If only part of a bundle is returned, the remaining item will revert to its regular price.
- Ultra Pack Returns: If you return 3 or more items from your Ultra Pack order, the 30% discount no longer applies. The items you keep will be charged at their original full price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Important:
Please inspect your purchase carefully for any defects or stains before removing the hangtag. Once the hangtag is removed, no claims can be made.
Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item

Email us at info@bynorah.com with your return request details.

After approval, we will send you the return instructions and address.

The return must arrive at our location within 14 days after approval.

Send us your track & trace code once the package has been shipped.

Note: We do not accept returns delivered to a pickup point.

Customs fees: When we ship to our international customers, we cover the customs fees for you. However, in the case of a return, any customs fees will be the customer’s responsibility. You can either pay the customs fees upfront when you ship the return, or we can cover them and deduct the amount from your refund.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days), we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

In total, we aim to complete refunds within 14 days after processing.

Please check your order immediately upon arrival.
If you find any problems, contact us right away so we can assist you quickly.

The fastest way is to place a new order and return your original item according to our return process.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you reside in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, in addition to our return policy.
