1. From where do you ship?

We ship from different warehouses worldwide, depending on your country, so you won’t face unexpected customs or duty fees.

2. How long does shipping take?

Order processing takes up to 3 business days.

Shipping times:

• UK: 4–8 business days

• Europe: 5–9 business days

• Rest of the world: 5–10 business days

3. Do you ship internationally & will I pay customs fees?

Yes! We ship worldwide, with no hidden customs fees.

We cover all duties and taxes, so what you see at checkout is what you pay. No surprise charges, no paperwork.

4. Why hasn’t my tracking number updated yet, even though I received a shipping confirmation?

Your tracking will only update once the parcel arrives in your country and is scanned by your local courier.

While it’s still in transit, there may be no updates visible.

If you’re concerned about a delay, feel free to email us, and we’ll check the status through our internal tracking system.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as you contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.

7. Do I need to size up for modest coverage?

No need to size up. Our clothing is designed to be modest and naturally oversized.

Only if you are taller than average, we recommend sizing up to ensure the right length and fit.
